- First impression: you're using a homemade DB23-to-HDD15 adapter with no
- buffering, and the Amiga sees the monitor as a genlock. However, a
- genlock supplies a clock which the Amiga uses, and the monitor doesn't,
- so the Amiga won't boot. Secondly, the monitor doesn't sync lower than
- 30 kHz, so it can't display many A1200 screenmodes. (You'll have to find
- out the specs on the monitor to know this for sure.)
-
- For the first problem, get a C= DB23-to-HDD15 adapter or build one with
- buffering (see Aminet:hard/hack/ami2vga.lha).
-
- The second problem depends on the monitor, but you might be able to get
- it to work by putting the VGAOnly monitor driver in devs:Monitors.
